ALRIGHT, ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cooking a piece of meat at 425 degrees is not a good idea.

Waterbaby- help me.

I have been badgered endlessly about the temperature in the pork roast recipe. here's my concession. Enough already.
I thought the pork came out fabulously at that temp. but others seem not to agree.

If the pork loin came out fine, it should be fine, my dad is crazy! Remember that he was a chef for 24 years, I think he got to where if the food isn't exactly right, like in a restaurant, he is disappointed. He is just going to be nit picky because this is his area of expertise.
